Configure Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition with Windows SP2 (Client Side)

Open Control Panel

Select Windows Firewall and open the Exceptions Tab

Select Add Port

It is necessary to create 2 exceptions

UDP Port # 38293

UDP Port # 2967

Close all Dialogue boxes

You should now be able to connect with the Symantec MMC snap in to the client.

If you are using the quarantine server, you may also have to open that port.
